矮生型、短枝型苹果新品种的快速选育方法,对加快更新老品种,促进生产有重要意义。矮生型或半矮生型的苹果,适于密植、丰产、稳产,易修剪,便于机械化管理等优点。本方法采用凝胶电泳技术,可将矮生型、普通型的1~2年生实生苗区分开,准确率为84.37%。提前5~6年选择淘汰,从而提高育种效率。本方法适用于苹果属的不同种,其指标受遗传控制,因此稳定可靠,不受外界条件影响。所用仪器、药品简单价廉,操作简便,适于基层研究单位使用。
