《远东经济评论》2003年3月20日中国正缓慢但坚定地扩展在东亚的影响。中国采取的策略是利用一些地区性协议,与周边地区的发展中国家建立更为密切的经济联系。比如最近和东盟签订在2010年建立自由贸易区的协定。从某种意义上说,中国急于展示活跃的经济,对于地区来说是一件好事而不是威胁。
Far East Economic Review March 20, 2003 China is slowly but steadily expanding its influence in East Asia. China’s strategy is to use some regional agreements to establish closer economic ties with developing countries in the surrounding areas. For example, recently signed an agreement with ASEAN to establish a free trade zone in 2010. In a sense, China’s eagerness to show an active economy is a good thing not a threat to the region.
