对Al-B4C体系下B4C的量与原位内生TiC-TiB2颗粒增强金属基复合材料涂层制备之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,Al:B4C质量比大于9:1可制备出高质量的TiC-TiB2颗粒增强金属基复合材料涂层,提高Al:B4C质量比虽有利于涂层的制备,但不利于涂层中增强相体积分数的提高。Al在涂层制备过程中的作用主要是降低单位体积内参加反应物的量、降低生成TiC-TiB2反应的门槛温度和充当除氧剂的作用,为涂层的制备提供了一种更加便利的途径。
The relationship between the amount of B4C in Al-B4C system and the in situ preparation of TiC-TiB2 particle reinforced metal matrix composites was studied.
