习近平总书记提出我党选拔干部要坚持德才兼备、以德为先标准,可见道德素质对于一个人综合实力的重要影响。中学时期正处于学生各项基础认知能力、品德行为习惯养成的关键阶段,教学中我们要树立长远的发展理念,重视学生的综合技能教育,不断提升他们的理论认知;更要善于联系学生的学习生活、开展丰富的实践活动来巩固学生的学习成果,实现他们的全面发展。
