2012年以来,福建省泉州市在试点工作的基础上,出台《关于推进廉政风险防控工作的实施意见》,在各单位以厘权查险为基础,以运行流程为导向,以机制建设为核心,以预警防范为目的,稳步推进廉政风险防控工作。按照“认真学习借鉴、积极探索创新、分类指导深化、典型示范推进”的工作思路,泉州市选择永春县、市工商局、泉州监狱、泉州劳教所等单位作为廉政风险防控工作试点,重点培育,总结经验。在个别试点单位取得成效之后,泉州市进一步在泉港等8个县(市、区)和市交通委等8个市直部门及省直驻泉单位推开廉政风险防控工作,积极探索
