雾化喷射沉积成型沉积坯件内的凝固过程是整个沉积成形过程中重要的环节,对沉积坯件最终显微组织的形成有重要影响为了优化喷射沉积成型工艺,获得合理的沉积坯件显微组织,本文采用“虚拟”凝固层的概念,通过对沉积坯件内凝固过程的理论分析.建立了相应的理论模型为进一步分析沉积坯件中的凝固行为提供了理论依据.
Atomizing spray deposition The process of solidification in the deposition blank is an important step in the whole deposition process and has an important influence on the final microstructure of the deposition blank. In order to optimize the spray deposition process and obtain a reasonable microstructure of the deposition blank In this paper, the concept of “virtual” solidification layer is adopted in this paper.
