分别测定了野生龟与养殖龟的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、水分和灰分含量 ;比较了两种龟肉的氨基酸指标 ,为龟的人工养殖提供了一定的理论参考数据。
The crude protein, crude fat, moisture and ash content of wild turtles and cultured turtles were respectively measured. The amino acid indexes of two turtles were compared, which provided some theoretical reference data for artificial breeding of turtles.
