我在一九五二年开始教体育课,那时不知道应该怎样上课,每课总是带着儿童玩四十五分钟。一九五三年时,体育课的节数增加了,但我的教学方法还和以前一样,没有什么改变。上课的预备铃响了,走到教室门口,站在那儿向自己提出很多问题:这节课教些什么呢?是跳高?还是跳远?是游戏?还是……。还没有来得及决定时,上课铃响了,只好走进教室,三言两语把儿童带到场地上去。还没等我喊出口令时,小朋友就纷纷发表意见,有的说:“做游戏”;有的说:“要跳远”;有的说:“还是让我们自己自由活动吧”。还没有等我答复时,他们已经自己活动起来了。这样的上课使我感到苦闷,我一面去向老年教师请教,一面去找书本,第一次找到了“苏联小学体育教学大纲”和“小学新体育教材教法”(罗奇克教授等编,仇标、施仁译)。我就开始了自学,同时又得到师范体
