目的:研究完善流程管理对于降低妇产科护理缺陷发生率的作用。方法:选取2015年7~12月医院妇产科收治患者220例作为对照组,采用传统护理方案;2016年3~9月收治患者220例作为观察组,实施流程管理模式。比较两组患者的护理缺陷发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组的护理缺陷发生率为0.91%,显著低于对照组的5.91%(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为98.18%,显著高于对照组的89.09%(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科护理中完善流程管理,有利于提高医疗护理质量,降低护理缺陷发生率,并提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To study and improve the role of process management in reducing the incidence of obstetrics and gynecology nursing defects. Methods: 220 patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology from July to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the control group, and the traditional nursing program was adopted. From March to September in 2016, 220 patients were treated as the observation group to implement the process management mode. The incidence of nursing defects and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nursing defects in the observation group was 0.91%, which was significantly lower than 5.91% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.09%, P <0.05) . Conclusion: Improve the process management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing is conducive to improve the quality of medical care, reduce the incidence of nursing defects, and improve patient satisfaction.
