一、概述南京电瓷总厂玻璃绝缘子生产线原采用发生炉煤气直焰烧嘴,碳化硅马弗罩,耐热钢网带输送的隧道式连续加热炉进行钢化前加热处理。由于旧式工艺和设备落后,不仅能耗大,传动部分备件消耗高,故障多,而且加热和保温效果差,直接影响钢化质量。为此,该厂总结了过去生产和科学试验的经验,在工艺上提出了改革的设想,并在调查研究的基础上制定了采用平焰烧嘴,取消马弗罩采用敞焰加热,用全耐火纤维炉衬,以及采用炉底辊道输送工件的方案。同时相应安装了煤气压力和温度的自动控制设施。 1985年3月投产至现在,不仅一次投运成
