利用NMR方法来研究平衡反应的报道很多。例如用~1H NMR化学位移可测定pK_α值;也可以用NMR方法测定一些溶液平衡时的结构、溶剂化数和热力学函数;1~H、~(13)C和~(15)N NMR谱还可用来确定平衡中异构体存在的比例。本文利用Handloser的方法测定了具有不同取代基吡啶碱类的平衡常数,并从中推断这些基团的电子效应。
