做好赏识教育,需要父母从“心”开始。赏识需要全心。家长和教师应该全心全意地接受孩子的全部,要全面地看待孩子的优点和缺点,多看到孩子的长处,发规他们的闪光点,并且积极创造条件使闪光点充分燃烧。以赏识的眼光看待孩子,能使教育者积极地面对孩子,与孩子相互激励,积极互动。
Good appreciation of education, parents need “heart” from the beginning. Appreciation needs full heart. Parents and teachers should wholeheartedly accept all their children. They should take a comprehensive look at the strengths and weaknesses of their children, see their strengths, give birth to their bright spots, and actively create the conditions for full combustion of the bright spots. Looking at children with appreciative eyesight can enable educators to actively face children, interact with their children and actively interact with each other.
