对长江口北槽边坡近底高含沙水体的流动规律开展了试验研究,结果表明:近底高含沙水体的密度和厚度是影响其在北槽航道两侧边坡上流动快慢的关键因素;与近底高含沙水体密度、厚度等因素相比,长江口北槽边坡坡度因素对近底高含沙水体流速的影响要小得多;在北槽航道两侧边坡上难以形成明显浮泥现象。首次提出了一个适用于计算长江口北槽边坡近底高含沙水体流动速度的公式。
