A poster was posted on the doorstep of the Museum of Natural History in Lausanne, Switzerland. Above the poster was a face made of shells. The combination of the faces is a cheeky cheek with two large seashells, two spiral beaks for eyes, a vertical nautilus for a nose, a horizontal little shell for a mouth, and a hair section made up of a pile of small shells of. The whole picture looks unguarded, ridiculed with a sense of humor. As you look further ahead, you will find the piece next to the poster by France’s Baska Dejay Mezonov (1863-1934).
