在戏剧演出中，演员的出色表演固然重要，但离不开舞台的综合作用，舞台灯光不仅仅是观众欣赏表演的工具，更是可以衬托出舞台环境，不同灯光下的人物，风景伴随着情节变化，使戏剧演出效果达到最佳。本文就舞台灯光在戏剧演出中的应用进行探索，提出个人看法。
