The new article by Yang Qi, a veteran newspaper reporter, reads “The Wind and Rain” and chronicles the deeds of escorting the democratically elected Hong Kong goverment to join CPPCC from 1948 to 1949, the most informative record in this period of history. Yang was well-known: "Li Jinshen and other 12 representatives of democratic parties sent Mao Zedong's response telegram on May 5, 1948, and were sent to Xibaipo by the end of July. On August 1, 1948, Mao Zedong personally wrote a reply However, there is no further substantive content for the re-issue of electricity, only the democratic parties are going to discuss issues such as the timing, location, convener and scope of participation. The so-called time and place, depending on the progress of the war, is it possible for these democratic parties to discuss it? So what is the real idea of Mao Zedong about the coalition government when Xibaipo and Hong Kong Telegraph return?
