新中国成立以来,电影这一“最主要和最具有群众性的艺术”(斯大林语)一向受到重视,“婆婆”最多,钱也最多。但有意思的是,三十六年后的今天,形势却逼得我们不得不来探讨一下上座率低的问题。纵横想来,还真不简单。前一阵,有些报刊展开了讨论,不少同志认为主要是题材问题,或是艺术性差,说教味浓等等,看来是集中于电影创作方面,这无疑是重要的原因,但还不是全部.因为事物总有矛盾的双方,不是说片子叫好也不一定叫座么?这就不光是创作者的问题了。所以,要研究上座率,必须先研究在座者——观众。观众之于电影
