目的建立长江沿岸江滩血吸虫感染实时监测预警系统,实现血吸虫病防治工作主动监测干预,为血吸虫病防治工作数字化管理提供先进手段。方法将螺情、病情、滩情等基础信息及各种监测数据进行综合分析,对江苏省长江沿岸滩块血吸虫病疫情进行等级评定,绘制长江沿岸滩块血吸虫病疫情电子地图。应用GPS、3G技术对进入不同疫情等级地区的渔船民(携带GPS手机定位终端)实时发出相应等级的短信提醒。结果实时短信提醒可预警、干预渔船民行为,减少或避免渔船民感染血吸虫的机会。建立的实时监测预警系统根据渔船民(手机)的运行轨迹、沿江各监测点及各地查治病等信息进行综合分析,可生成血吸虫病疫情预测、发出预警及相应的效果评价等系统分析报告。结论利用高科技、高技术设备、手段构建的长江沿岸江滩血吸虫感染实时监测预警系统对江苏省,乃至全国江湖洲滩地区血吸虫病防控工作均具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To establish a real-time monitoring and early warning system for schistosomiasis infection of riverside banks of the Yangtze River so as to proactively monitor and control schistosomiasis and provide advanced measures for the digital management of schistosomiasis prevention and treatment. Methods Based on a comprehensive analysis of the basic information such as snail, disease, beach conditions and various monitoring data, the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in the beach of Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province was assessed and the electronic map of schistosomiasis in the beach of Yangtze River was drawn. The application of GPS, 3G technology to enter the different levels of epidemic levels of fishing boat (carrying GPS mobile phone positioning terminal) real-time issue the appropriate level of SMS alerts. Results The real-time sms reminder can be used as an early warning indicator to intervene fishing boat people and reduce or avoid the chances of fishing boat people becoming infected with schistosomiasis. The established real-time monitoring and early warning system can make a systematic analysis of the forecast of schistosomiasis epidemic situation, issue the early warning and the corresponding effect evaluation based on the comprehensive analysis of the operation of fishing boat people (mobile phones), the investigation points along the river and the investigation and treatment of disease in various places. Conclusion The real-time monitoring and warning system for schistosomiasis infection in the riverside beach of Yangtze River, which is constructed by means of high-tech and high-tech equipment, has certain application value in the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Jiangsu Province and the whole country.
