本文提出了螺杆压缩机转子之间的型线间隙计算方法。该方法对转子和机壳热变形的共同作用,对转子和机壳表面形位工艺误差以及从动转子型线减少方法和减少值均有考虑。该计算方法借助电子计算机可用于计算任意非对称齿形的转子给定端面上任意位置的型线间隙。
This paper presents a calculation method of the profile gap between the screw compressor rotors. The combined effect of this method on thermal deformation of the rotor and the casing takes into account both the process error of the formation of the rotor and the casing surface as well as the reduction and reduction of the driven rotor profile. This calculation method can be used with a computer to calculate the profile gap anywhere on a given face of a rotor of any asymmetrical profile.
