提出了医院综合竞争力的界定 ,论述了医院竞争力的作用机制 ,即政府在竞争中发挥指导作用、竞争是帮助竞争主体实现生存与发展的手段和方法、竞争是制定医院战略的重要依据、竞争是影响医院发展的动力。分析了医院综合竞争力的特点及其影响因素。阐述了医院综合竞争力的评价步骤 ,即建立评价指标体系、判定各指标评价标准值、对标准值进行标准化、根据各指标重要程度赋予相应权重、进行综合评价。探讨了医院综合竞争力的预测 ,其步骤包括 :明确预测的目的是为医院未来提高竞争力、对资料进行筛选、选择预测方法、建立预测数学模型、利用模型进行预测、评价和修正预测结果
