一、一手抓防治非典,一手抓“推散”发展 2003年,河南省散装水泥战线上的广大职工一方面协同社会各界取得了防治非典的阶段性胜利,另一方面力排干扰,坚持不懈地“推散”,发展散装水泥事业,取得了较好的战绩。1月至10月,共完成散装水泥供应量754.1917万吨,完成年计划94.27％,完成年奋斗目标81.10％,较2002年同期增加117.1802万吨,增幅为18.40％。其中大中型水泥生产企业供应量为398.9992万吨,占河南省总量的52.90％。
