在钢铁厂能耗指标分解模型的基础上运用情景分析法,对钢铁厂的主工序吨钢能耗情况进行分析和预测.为评价国内某钢铁厂2009年和2012年的能耗水平,构建了先进工序能耗、近期可行及远期可能余热回收情景,其中近期可行余热回收情景只涉及烧结烟气、热轧烟气和冷轧高温烟气的余热回收,远期可能余热回收情景则包括各工序排放的高温烟气和固体废弃物的余热回收.通过对各情景的比较,得出节能效果最好的是先进工序能耗情景,近期可行余热回收节能效果并不显著,远期可能余热回收可较大幅降低能耗,最后提出了应用先进电炉预热技术、发展高温固体余热回收技术及提高轧钢工序余热回收等进一步节能的建议.
Based on the decomposing model of energy consumption index of steel plant, this paper analyzes and forecasts the energy consumption per ton of main steel in steel plant by using the scenario analysis method.In order to evaluate the energy consumption of a steel plant in China in 2009 and 2012, Advanced process energy consumption, possible future and long-term possible waste heat recovery scenario, of which the recent available waste heat recovery scenario only involves the recovery of waste heat from sinter flue gas, hot-rolled flue gas and cold rolled high-temperature flue gas. The long-term possible waste heat recovery scenarios include Through the comparison of the scenarios, it is concluded that the best energy-saving effect is the energy consumption of the advanced process. The energy saving effect of the feasible waste heat recovery in the near future is not significant, and the possible waste heat recovery in the long term The energy consumption can be greatly reduced. Finally, some suggestions are put forward such as applying advanced electric furnace preheating technology, developing high temperature solid waste heat recovery technology and improving waste heat recovery in rolling process.
