为进一步改善无机盐阻化剂抑制煤自燃的效果,在无机盐阻化剂中添加耗氧剂等成分,配制出具有耗氧与隔氧双重作用的脱氧型阻化剂。通过正交试验,得出不同配比脱氧型阻化剂的耗氧时间,并根据耗氧时间分析其在不同采空区中的适用性。研究表明,NaCl,CaCl2和MgCl2等3种无机盐对耗氧时长影响的显著性为R(CaCl2)>R(NaCl)>R(MgCl2),因此,只含有MgCl2的脱氧型阻化剂耗氧速度最快,其组成为1.5 g还原性Fe粉、0.6 g硅藻土以及0.15 g MgCl2;当温度为20~99℃时,该配比脱氧型阻化剂的比耗氧时间随温度的升高而缩短。
