形成性评价是指在活动运行的过程中,为使活动效果更好而修正其本身轨道所进行的评价。形成性评价的主要目的是为了明确活动运行中存在的问题和改进的方向,及时修改或调整活动计划,以期获得更加理想的效果。在新的课程标准中,学科教学目标不但包括知识和技能,还包括学习过程与方法,情感态度和价值观等非学业内容,后者既是学科培养的重要内容,同时对于学生的学业好坏也有着至关重要的影响。另一方面,过去传统的以学习成绩作为学生评价主要内容的做法,也使评价内容过于单一,不够全面,使一些在文艺、体育等方面表现突出的学生从评价角度得不到肯定。所以在日常的教学实践和评价改革中,我们有必要对学生的非学业方面给予关注。本文就初中英语教学中形成性评价的运用简要的进行了阐述。
