[目的]了解2010年济南市部分公共场所集中空调各种水体嗜肺军团菌污染状况,为相关执法部门提供参考数据与信息。[方法]2010年7~9月,采集济南市2家宾馆、5家酒店、5家大型超市、3家温泉、2家医院、1家物业公司办公楼的冷却水水样99份、冷凝水39份、生活用水53份、温泉水24份进行嗜肺军团菌检测。[结果]检测水样215份,71份检出嗜肺军团菌,阳性检出率为33.02%。阳性检出率,冷却水为52.52%、冷凝水为17.95%、生活用水为16.98%、温泉水为12.50%(P<0.05);宾馆、酒店水样为42.73%、超市水样为36.21%、温泉水样为12.50%(P<0.05)。阳性样本中嗜肺军团菌菌型以Lp1为主,占检出菌株的53.33%;菌落数≥100cfu/ml以上的样本为15.49%。[结论]济南市公共场所嗜肺军团菌污染状况比较严重,菌型以Lp1为优势菌型。
[Objective] To understand the pollution status of Legionella pneumophila in various air-conditioned central air-conditioners in some public places in Jinan in 2010, and provide reference data and information for relevant law enforcement agencies. [Method] From July to September 2010, 99 samples of cooling water collected from 2 hotels, 5 hotels, 5 large supermarkets, 3 hot springs, 2 hospitals and 1 property company building in Jinan City were collected. Condensate 39, 53 domestic water, hot spring water 24 for Legionella pneumophila detection. [Result] 215 samples were detected, 71 samples were detected Legionella pneumophila, the positive detection rate was 33.02%. The positive detection rate was 52.52% for cooling water, 17.95% for condensing water, 16.98% for domestic water and 12.50% for hot spring water (P <0.05). The water samples of hotels and restaurants were 42.73% and the water samples of supermarkets were 36.21% Hot spring water samples were 12.50% (P <0.05). Positive samples of Legionella pneumophila Lp1-based, accounting for 53.33% of the strains detected; colonies count ≥ 100cfu / ml more than the sample was 15.49%. [Conclusion] Legionella pneumophila polluting bacteria was more serious in public places in Jinan City. Lp1 was the predominant bacterial strain.
