目的识别、分析某煤矿矿井建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为卫生行政部门竣工验收和企业加强职业卫生管理工作提供参考和依据。方法采用资料收集、职业卫生现场调查、工程分析和检测检验法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在煤尘、噪声、毒物等多种职业病危害因素。粉尘合格率为86.5%,超标岗位主要在给煤机原煤皮带、跳汰机手选矸石处、末煤上仓皮带、1303轨道顺槽等工段;噪声合格率为85.9%,超标岗位主要在煤仓顶水平皮带、振动筛等工段;毒物和工频电场合格率均为100%。结论本建设项目存在的职业病危害因素可以有效控制,但需要加强个别场所煤尘和噪声的控制措施,并做好个人防护。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in a coalmine mine construction project, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and provide references and evidences for the completion and acceptance of health administrative departments and the strengthening of occupational health management by enterprises. Methods Data collection, occupational health field survey, engineering analysis and testing method were used to evaluate the construction project. Results There are many occupational hazards in the project such as coal dust, noise and poison. Dust pass rate of 86.5%, excessive posts mainly coal belt coal raw materials, jig hand-selected gangue Department, the end of the coal warehouse on the belt, 1303 tracks along the slot and other sections; noise pass rate of 85.9%, excessive posts mainly in the coal The top of the bin, shaker and other sections; toxic and power frequency electric field pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards that exist in this project can be effectively controlled. However, measures to control coal dust and noise in individual places need to be strengthened and personal protection should be implemented.
