资料与方法 ①临床资料:选择孕10周以内,年龄18～34岁未经阴道生产,要求行人工流产术健康妇女220例,随机分成用药组120例和对照组100例;②方法:用药组:用海南曼克星制药厂生产的宫术安栓(0.4g/枚)1枚,塞入受术者肛门内4～5cm,15～20min后行人工流产术。对照组:直接行人工流产术;③疗效评定:显效:术中无疼痛及明显不适;有效:下腹有轻坠痛感,可以忍受;无效;疼痛不能忍受,呻吟。
