在工程建设监理实施过程中,通常要开不少的会议,会议一般是由总监理工程师主持,它是沟通项目施工进展情况、协调矛盾、反馈信息、制定决策和下达指令以及解决纠纷的主要方式,也是总监理工程师对工程进行监督控制和对监理部人员进行有效管理的主要手段。对一些比较重要的会议,必须作好会议记录,便于随时检查决议的执行情况,还方便查阅发言内容。
