目的:对密银花的不同栽培变种进行分类研究,明确不同栽培变种密银花的遗传关系。方法:实地观察密银花的生物学特性,走访药农,确定密银花的变种;采用RAPD分子标记法分析不同栽培变种密银花的遗传关系。结果:对密银花的种质资源进行了调查、收集和整理,明确了密银花的栽培变种,建立了密银花栽培变种的检索表。同时,建立了密银花RAPD分析的扩增体系,共筛选出10条引物,得到扩增条带60条,其中多态性条带50条,多态率达到83.33%。结论:确定了密银花的栽培变种及其遗传关系,为保护密银花资源、合理开发利用及其药材质量的综合评价提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the classification of different cultivars of Lilium asiaticum and clarify the genetic relationship among different cultivars. Methods: The biological characteristics of Mimosa lucidum were observed on the spot, the peasants and peasants were visited to determine the variety of Mimosa L., and the genetic relationship of different cultivars was analyzed by RAPD molecular markers. Results: Germplasm resources of Mimi honeysuckle were investigated, collected and sorted out, cultivars of Mimi honeysuckle were identified, and the search table of Mimi honeysuckle cultivars was established. At the same time, the amplification system of RAPD analysis was established. Ten primers were screened out and 60 amplified bands were obtained, of which 50 bands were polymorphic and the polymorphism rate was 83.33%. Conclusion: The cultivars and genetic relationships of Mimi honeysuckle were identified, which provided a scientific basis for the protection of the resources of Mimusanmi, the rational development and utilization and the comprehensive evaluation of medicinal quality.
