最近,平远县长田镇人大在实践江泽民同志“三个代表”思想行动中,建起了人大代表“网络”联系制度,取得了特殊的效益,深受广大代表和农民群众们的欢迎。在长田镇有市、县、镇人大代表共51人,平常这些代表们除了在每年或每季度进行必要的组织集体活动外,平时大部分代表们都很少见面和进行意见交流,就是代表与选民之间也较少有直接接触的机会,常常造成人大工作滞后,并造成了很多人大代表们失去了直接为选民服务的大好机会。为了改变这种状况,长田镇人大在原来逐步完善联系制度的基础上,于今年初提出了在全镇人大代表与选民中建立起互通联系的“网络工作制度”。其主要做法是,在镇人大的牵头组织下,在全镇每个代表选区中选出一名代表小组长,规定小组长都要定期与不定期地召集代表们进行碰头开会,收集各方信息和选民意见,另外规定每位代表每年至少要与选民直接见面和交换意见二至三次,并不时把信息和意见通过电话或信件反馈到代表小组长和镇人大手里。长田镇人大这张“网络工作制度”建起后3个多
