通过配制9个杂交组合,将iaaM基因转育到综合性状较优的棉花(Gossypium hirsutumL.)品系中。对F1与F2的分析,证实iaaM基因能够显著改良衣分和马克隆值,同时对子指、铃重、单株结铃数等产量性状和纤维长度、纤维强度等纤维品质未造成负面影响。通过系谱法选育获得6个衣分高、马克隆值优良的新品系,其衣分和马克隆值分别在43.23%~47.93%和3.76~4.20。试验为棉花育种改良提供了新的种质材料。
Through the preparation of nine hybrid combinations, the iaaM gene was transferred to cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) with better overall traits. The analysis of F1 and F2 showed that iaaM gene could significantly improve the lint percentage and micronaire value, and did not negatively affect the fiber quality such as yield index, boll weight, number of bolls per plant, fiber length and fiber strength. Six new lines with high lint percentage and micronaire value were obtained by pedigree selection. The lint percentage and micronaire value were 43.23% -47.93% and 3.76-4.20 respectively. The experiment provided a new germplasm material for the improvement of cotton breeding.
