由成人给孩子讲故事固然有好处,但却是不够的。据国外研究,为了促进幼儿的语言发展,鼓励孩子参与讲故事是必要的。专家以30名28个月的幼儿作为研究对象。研究者把这些孩子分成两组:第一组孩子在家里由妈妈以通常的方式——大声讲故事进行训练;第二组孩子的父母刚接受了让孩子参与讲故事的特殊训练。按照规定,这两组孩子的父母每周给孩子讲8次故事,一共进行8个月。
