In order to accelerate the construction of health service system, pension service system and sports and fitness facilities, 10 departments including the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the “Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Health and Elderly Services Project” (hereinafter referred to as “ ”Notice").
