目前,项目管理理论是一门新兴的管理理论体系,其主要是指管理人员在项目活动中,采用合理有效的管理工具和管理手段进行的一种规范化、科学化的管理。将项目管理理论运用到高职院校的科研经费管理中,有利于科研经费管理质量的提高。因此,本文在项目管理理论的基础上,对高职院校科研经费的管理进行了深入的分析与探讨,以期能够解决高职院校科研经费管理中存在的问题。
At present, the project management theory is a new management theory system, which mainly refers to a standardized and scientific management of managers in the project activities, using reasonable and effective management tools and management tools. The application of project management theory to the management of scientific research funds in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the improvement of scientific research funding management. Therefore, on the basis of project management theory, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion of the management of scientific research funding in higher vocational colleges in order to solve the problems in scientific research funding management in higher vocational colleges.
