下派干部进村任职,是近年来各地在整顿后进支部、后进村委会中普遍采用的一种办法,效果也比较理想。但喜中有忧,据我们对湖南省南县的调查,下派干部进村任职,也有不少令人忧虑的地方。第一,缺乏长期扎根思想,短期行为明显。南县9名下派干部,无1人愿在农村村级领导岗位上长期干下去,希望1至2届(即2至4年)后再回机关部门工作的占100%。有2人进村后因急于见成效,拔苗助长,使村级已经凋谢了
