2009年最热门的话题莫过于房价的高涨了。于是,痛骂高房价、遣责开发商就成了媒体迎合民意、吸引眼球的灵丹妙药。但痛骂与遣责并不能解决问题,只有揭示真相、弄清病因,才能对症下药,而这正是媒体的社会责任。从本期开始,本刊将连续刊发房地产系列评论《楼市风云冷眼看》。文章观点仅代表作者自己,一孔之见而已,未必正确。
