本文研究了具有桥环侧基的丙烯酸异冰片基氧烷基酯的自由基聚合反应动力学,测试了聚合物的光、热、硬度等性能。得到了氧烷基为氧乙基、氧丙基、氧丁基的聚合反应动力学方程分别为:R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOEA] ̄(1.0)、R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOPA] ̄(1.0)、R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOBA] ̄(1.0);聚合反应表现活化能分别为:87.95kJ/mol、88.62kJ/mol、101.16kJ/mol。聚合物玻璃化转变温度高、硬度大、光学性能良好。
In this paper, the free radical polymerization kinetics of isobornyl oxyalkyl acrylate with pendant bridging groups was studied. The properties of the polymer such as light, heat and hardness were tested. The kinetic equations for the polymerization of oxyalkyl groups such as oxyethyl, oxypropyl and oxobutyl were obtained: Rp = k [BPO] ~ (0.5) [IBOEA] ~ (1.0), Rp = (BPO) ~ (0.5) [IBOPA] ~ (1.0), Rp = k [BPO] ~ (0.5) [IBOBA] ~ (1.0). The polymerization activation energies were: 87.95 kJ / mol, 88.62 kJ / mol, 101.16 kJ / mol. Polymer glass transition temperature, hardness, good optical properties.
