目的研究被动吸烟对雄性大鼠睾丸和附睾抗氧化能力和生精功能的影响。方法将清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为吸烟组和对照组。吸烟组大鼠置于自制被动吸烟箱中,每日吸烟两次,连续48 d。测定右侧睾丸和附睾组织匀浆中SOD、GSH-Px、NOS、NO和MDA。观察左侧附睾精子的密度、活动率、前向运动精子百分率、快速前向运动精子百分率。光镜下观察左侧睾丸组织的显微结构。结果与对照组相比,睾丸组织匀浆中SOD活力与MDA含量在吸烟组中升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);GSH-Px和NOS活力在吸烟组中降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,吸烟组附睾中GSH-Px和NOS活力降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA在吸烟组中增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。附睾精子密度、总活动率、前向运动精子百分率、快速前向运动精子百分率吸烟组与对照组相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。吸烟组睾丸组织的显微结构出现不同程度的病理改变。结论吸烟引起雄性大鼠睾丸、附睾抗氧化能力下降和生精功能障碍。
Objective To study the effects of passive smoking on the antioxidant capacity and spermatogenesis of testis and epididymis in male rats. Methods Clean healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into smoking group and control group. The rats in smoking group were placed in self-made passive smoking box and smoked twice a day for 48 consecutive days. The contents of SOD, GSH-Px, NOS, NO and MDA in the testis and epididymis were measured. Observation of left epididymal sperm density, activity, the percentage of forward motility sperm, the percentage of rapid forward motility sperm. Light microscopic observation of the left testis tissue. Results Compared with control group, SOD activity and MDA content in testis homogenate increased in smoking group (P <0.05, P <0.01); GSH-Px and NOS activity decreased in smoking group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the activities of GSH-Px and NOS in the epididymis of smoking group decreased significantly (P <0.05), and MDA increased in the smoking group (P <0.01). Epididymal sperm density, total activity, the percentage of forward motile sperm, the percentage of rapid antegrade motile sperm smoking group compared with the control group was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The microstructure of testis in smoking group showed different degrees of pathological changes. Conclusion Smoking caused decreased testis and epididymal antioxidant capacity and spermatogenic dysfunction in male rats.
