教师是学校教育教学工作的主体。教师队伍建设是学校可持续发展的重点工程,是提高学校教育教学质量的关键。教师队伍建设应紧紧抓住教师培养这一关键,为教师搭建学习、交流、展示的平台,努力探索教师专业发展途径,不断推进教师专业成长,为切实提高教育教学质量,创办优质城乡教育奠定基础。以下从四个方面进行简单阐述。1培训——提高教师素养加强教师队伍建设,提高教师队伍整体素质,必须抓住“教师培训”这一关键环节,不断给教师创造学习提高的机会,引进先进的教育教学理念,促进教师专业素养快速提高。
Teachers are the main body of school education and teaching. The construction of teacher team is the key project of sustainable development in schools and the key to improve the quality of school education and teaching. Teacher team construction should firmly grasp the key to teacher training to build a platform for teachers to learn, exchange and display, and strive to explore ways of professional development of teachers to continuously promote professional development of teachers so as to effectively improve the quality of education and teaching and lay the foundation for the quality education in urban and rural areas basis. The following four aspects are briefly described. 1 Training - Improving Teachers’ Accomplishment To strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the overall quality of teachers, we must seize the key link of “teacher training ”, continue to create opportunities for teachers to learn and improve, introduce advanced education and teaching concepts, and promote teachers Professionalism rapidly improved.
