一、引言现在国外一些先进的轻型塔机的架设机构在整体拖运、快速架设、下回转等方面日趋完善。而国内有些比较先进的同类型塔机虽然可以实现伸、缩塔身与提、落臂架同步进行,但是,臂架的折叠动作往往还需要辅助的人工操作来完成,而且还常常会出现臂端杵地的现象:甚至当臂端杵地时还会给架设过程中的塔机带来倾翻的危险。能否在不增加架设功率和不增加复杂机构的条件下,免去辅助的人工操作,实现全自动同步架
I. INTRODUCTION The erection of some advanced lightweight tower cranes abroad is becoming increasingly sophisticated in terms of overall haulage, rapid erection, and lower rotation. While some relatively advanced tower cranes of the same type in the country can achieve simultaneous extension and contraction of the tower body with the lifting and lowering of the boom, the folding operation of the boom often requires an auxiliary manual operation to complete, and the arm often appears. The phenomenon of endurable ground: even when the arm end collapses, it will cause a risk of overturning to the tower crane in the erection process. Is it possible to eliminate the need for an auxiliary manual operation without the need to increase the installed power and increase the complexity of the mechanism?
