用小白鼠腹腔注射金樱子多羟基色素进行急毒试验,观察3天,达95%可信限的LD~(50)为519±105mg/kg。用未成年大白鼠皮下注射金樱子多羟基色素100mg/kg,500mg/kg进行亚毒试验,观察1~2周,引起体重增长减慢,脏器系数普遍增大;白细胞增多,红细胞减少,并出现白细胞分类变化;血清SGPT和血浆NPN含量未发生明显变化;组织切片检查,心、肝、肾、脾、肠、肾上腺均未见病变。
The mice were injected intraperitoneally with Rosa roxburghii polyhydroxy pigment for acute toxicity test. After 3 days of observation, the LD 50 with a 95% confidence limit was 519±105 mg/kg. The sub-toxicity test was conducted by subcutaneous injection of Rosa roxburghii polyhydroxy pigment 100 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg in underage rats. Observed for 1 to 2 weeks, the weight gain was reduced, the organ coefficient was generally increased, leukocytosis was increased, and red blood cells were decreased. There was a change in the white blood cell classification; there was no significant change in serum SGPT and plasma NPN levels; no biopsy was found in the heart, liver, kidney, spleen, intestines, or adrenal glands.
