树突状细胞是体内专职抗原呈递细胞,能激活初始型T细胞,因此在细胞免疫反应中具有独特的作用。近年来树突状细胞(DC)在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用受到重视,发展迅速。本文就DC用于肿瘤免疫治疗策略的新进展作一综述。
Dendritic cells are specialized antigen-presenting cells in the body that activate naive T cells and therefore have a unique role in cellular immune responses. In recent years, the role of dendritic cells (DCs) in tumor immunotherapy has received great attention and is developing rapidly. This article summarizes the new progress of DC for tumor immunotherapy strategy.
