本文介绍日本宇宙科学研究所研制的7吨真空推力的氢氧发动机推进系统的特点。该发动机于1971年开始预研,自1975年进入全尺寸的研制。发动机部件(燃烧室、涡轮泵、燃气发生器、涡轮转子)的各种研究性试验已由宇宙科学研究所能代试验中心做过了。 1981年9月至12月进行了包括推力室、涡轮泵、燃气发生器以及推进剂箱在内的单元综合试验,试验结果良好。本报告简要论述7顿氢氧发动机的主要性能及其特点。
This article describes the characteristics of the 7-ton vacuum-thrust oxyhydrogen engine propulsion system developed by Japan’s Institute of Astronautics. The engine began pre-research in 1971 and has been in full-scale development since 1975. Various research experiments on engine components (combustion chambers, turbo pumps, gas generators, turbine rotors) have been conducted by the Center for Energy Generation Experimentation at the Institute of Astronautics. From September to December 1981, a comprehensive unit test including thrust chamber, turbo pump, gas generator and propellant tank was carried out and the test result was good. This report briefly discusses the main performance and characteristics of 7-Day oxyhydrogen engine.
