热轧厂在线诊断系统是宝钢新的设备维修体制的起步。在线诊断和离线诊断相结合，充分发挥ＥＸＰＬＯＲＥ－ＥＸ专家系统的能力，及时预报设备状态，使预知维修得以实现。本文浅述了该系统的构成和典型的故障实例，总结了在安装、调试过程中的一些经验。
Hot-rolling mill online diagnosis system is Baosteel’s new equipment maintenance system. The combination of on-line diagnostics and off-line diagnostics leverages the power of the EXPLORE-EX expert system to provide timely predictions of equipment status to enable predictive maintenance. This article describes the system components and typical examples of failures, summed up in the installation and commissioning process of some experience.
