本刊记者对东、中、西部地区社会保障政策落实情况的最新调查结果表明,各地对国企下岗职工基本生活费、企业离退休人员养老金以及城市居民最低生活保障金,基本都能做到按时、足额发放;许多地方的各项社会保障资金的征缴和发放工作也呈良性运转态势。从各地群众的反馈看,老百姓对目前落实情况的满意程度也日渐提高。
