诺贝尔曾经说过:“生命,那是大自然给人类去雕琢的宝石。”每一位孩童,在其人格未定型之前都是一块璞玉,然而在年老时,这块璞玉最终的样子却各不相同。在玉石的雕刻过程中,老师尤其是班主任起着非同小可的作用。然而,班主任是一项极其艰巨而复杂的工作,很多教育工作者穷其一生,也无法找到一套相对合理的方法。但是我觉得,无论采用什么样的管理模式,要想做好班主任工作,有一点是离不开的,那就是无私的爱和对学生一生负责的心。
