人体的一切生命活动都需要热能,没有热能,任何器官都无法工作。人体的热能来源于食物。食物中被称为热源物质的糖、脂肪和蛋白质在体内氧化分解生产热能,供人体各器官系统的工作需要。人体在一天内消耗多少热能主要取决于体力活动的情况,其中运动热能代谢的强度远比一般劳动大,特点是集中于较短时间内,还经常伴有或大或小的氧债。影响体育运动热能消耗的因素比较复杂,有三个主要因素,即运动强度、运动持续时间及运动密度。
