为了帮助读者开阔眼界,本刊过去曾介绍过国外的重要建筑,从这期开始准备陆续介绍获日本B C S奖的项目,供大家参考。日本建筑业协会奖简介建筑业协会奖(简称B CS奖)创设于1960年。该奖的特点是不仅考虑规划、设计、施工,还将该建筑物的维持管理等因素作为评选的对象,表彰设计者、施工者、建设单位。应征条件是竣工后一年以上的建筑。
In order to help readers broaden their horizons, this magazine has introduced important buildings from abroad in the past. From this period onwards, preparations for successively introducing Japan’s B C S awards will be provided for your reference. The Japan Construction Industry Association Award The Construction Industry Association Award (B CS Award) was established in 1960. The characteristics of this award are not only planning, designing, and constructing, but also the maintenance management of the building as the object of selection, and commending the designers, constructors, and construction units. The conditions for the application are buildings that have been completed more than one year after completion.
