图拉黑色冶金科学生产协会在10吨平炉出钢过程中,采用气体一粉末混合剂对钢水进行了处理试验。混合剂是经喷咀装置,通过炉壁耐火材料砌体中的出钢槽喷入钢水的。在出钢的同时,将石墨电极插入炉子工作区一侧的出钢口区域使钢水氧化度稳定。在出钢时,往出钢槽内喷吹混合剂比往盛钢桶里加入同样混合剂有着更加有利的精炼过程动力学、热力学和工艺学条件。此时,反应相的接触面更加发展;没有氧化渣;反应区间
