公安机关要实践“三个代表”,坚持执法为民,维护战略机遇期的社会稳定,必须学习贯彻好中央《决定》和“二十公”会议精神,在执法思想上与时俱进;必须忠实地担负起三大政治责任和社会责任;必须不断提高公安工作服务人民的质量和水平;必须努力建设一支高素质的公安队伍。
In order to practice “Three Represents,” adhere to law enforcement for the benefit of the people and maintain social stability during the strategic period, the public security organs must study and implement the spirit of the “Decision of the Central Committee” and the “20-公公会” and advance with the times on the idea of law enforcement. We must faithfully shoulder the three major political responsibilities and social responsibilities. We must continuously improve the quality and standard of public security work in serving the people. We must strive to build a contingent of high-quality public security personnel.
